| We were in the market for over one and a half years and went through 2 other real estate agents before we landed on our very first home through Sundar. Sundar is very hardworking customer-focused, patient, responsive, and sincere. We wanted a specific kind of a home based on our family and Vastu needs. | Sundar is a great person to work with. He is very hard working, client oriented and always available anytime during the day. We had been pretty choosy of our home and saw close to 150 homes before settling on this one. But he was there whenever we needed him to show us a home that we couldnt make it to open house, sometimes driving 50 miles and co-ordinating with the seller agents etc. He is very quick in responding to phone calls / emails and also follows up diligently if there is something needed from our end. Throughout this process, he patiently answered all our questions and addressed our worries about hypothetical worst-case scenarios. He also ensured that all the deadlines are met and the coordinated with the listing agent, lender, and escrow company, so that we could close on time without any hiccups.During our initial consultation, Sundar provided us an overview of the entire home purchase process. In particular, he ensured that we understood all the financial considerations, in particular about closing costs and sale-to-list price ratios. This gave us a realistic picture of what we could afford. When we were looking for homes, we would send Sundar a set of homes we wanted to visit several times a week. Each time, he was able to quickly show us these homes at times that were convenient for us. Once we decided to make an offer for a home we were interested in, Sundar was able to accurately gauge the expectations of the seller, and helped us write an offer that was immediately accepted. He patiently answered all the questions we had before signing the multitude of forms. After the offer was accepted, we noticed some discrepancy with the MLS and county records for the property. Sundar and I spent a whole day at the county office, where he helped me contact the right officials and had the error corrected the same day. |
